Brujería Records takes a commission on track sales made through the platform, depending on the artist's plan: 20% (Free), 15% (Music), 10% (Music + Clips), 5% (Music + Clips + Social), 0% (Label). It is shown at the time of payment.

Information sent through the contact form or during a purchase (email address, name) is used only to answer your request or process your order. It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties. Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data, which you can exercise through the contact form.

Purchases and digital downloads

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Products sold on this site (singles, instrumentals, licences) are downloadable digital files: under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the download has taken place.

Beat generator and AI-generated content

Instrumentals and music videos produced through the generator are created with artificial-intelligence tools. The purchase grants a licence of use, including commercial use, without exclusivity: Brujería Records guarantees neither the exclusivity of the generated content nor its copyright protection. As with any digital content supplied immediately after payment, the right of withdrawal does not apply once generation and delivery have taken place.

Label position and artists’ statements

Brujería Records is completely apolitical. Artists express themselves freely in their works and posts: the label is not responsible for what artists say, which binds only their authors. What drives us is the union of human beings, not sorting them into boxes.
